With heat like this I have to keep it in mind. Another one of those hormonal things decided to happen, it was end of June, really hot, and I was retaining too much water.
So, I have to either dress light, or wear cotton. Usually if I really MUST wear more clothing I wear cotton beneath it so the skin can breathe, otherwise you can either dehydrate, or get rashes or skin infections. Also have to go lighter on the makeup because you'll more than likely breakout lready from the heat. So, stick to mineral only make-up if u have it.
Hear I'm wearing a cotton gypsy skirt, and a the sheer chiffon skirt over top.
