Autumn Forest Spinner Pirate

Here are some frames/shots of spinning.

The entire ensamble of the costuming was done by me. They are all recycled, reused items of clothing I've had, that are all vintage. Some have modifications all done by me.

The ONLY new thing I'm wearing is my earrings, which look old, and my makeup is about a year old.

Cabaret Face! 01

Well, here ya go!

I did a whole bunch of the cheesy "cabaret face" shots!
That was some serious work!

Turning Back, Turning Leaves

Would you turn your back in the woods to fate?
Or, would fate turn 'round to meet you?

Are you lost?
Are you found?

The leaves are turning...

Wrong place? Wrong time?
Is this the end?

NOTES: These were quite fun to do, but also loads of work. The challenging part was not knowing the exact weather to expect. Luckily, it was a day with very little clouds, when I'd begun. But, towards the end of the day, they blocked out the sun, and then most of the sky.

I was using my new warming filter, mixed filters, and my new batteries. All which I got at very good prices or deals over at Amazon.

The skirts are old by now, and I redyed them about 1-3 weeks prior.

I also shot these in a different neighborhood than my own. I know some of the folks there, slightly... nonetheless, the old guy I know tried spying on me, while I shot in the tiny wooded section. But, I still saw him, and pretended not to notice.

The Salem Mass Graveyard With Pirate Pebbs 2010

On an adventure with Pirate Pebbs in Salem Mass at the Graveyard of those whom were executed for being accused of being witches.

Despite the grim nature of why the cemetery was there due to its horrific history, the place is so peaceful and soothing.
You wouldn't believe me unless you went there yourself.

But, it's normal to just feel like roaming around there, reading the graves,  and you feel fine.

It 1 of my favorite places to photograph in Greater Boston, that whenever I go to Salem, I take people there.

Everyone thinks it's creepy until they get there. It's quite lovely, actually.

This was shot in the summer, and it was very humid that day.   This camera here was Pebbs' camera, and hers kept picking up much of the heat. Mine didn't.

Another photo from Pirate Pebbs' camera.
